BOULDER CUP / SUPPORT
A little help.
Stuck on something other than a hold? Let’s sort it out.
For help, bug reports or privacy questions, email support@ix-design.uk with “Boulder Cup” in the subject.
Tell us what happened
Include your phone model, iOS or Android version, game version, and the steps that led to the problem. A screenshot can help. Please leave out passwords, payment details and any other sensitive information.
Find your next hold
Pull back from the climber to aim, then release to jump in the opposite direction. Catch a new hold to score. The moving wall gets faster as you climb. If you fall, choose “Climb again” to start a fresh run.
Scores and the scoreboard
The live online scoreboard shows the three highest runs and their country labels, without player names or accounts. See the current world standings.
To report a score or ask about removal, email the score, country and approximate time of the run. We may need further context to locate an entry; a score and country alone do not prove ownership. See the privacy policy.
Availability and purchases
Boulder Cup is in development for iOS and Android. Official download links will appear on the home page when the game is available. If you later make a purchase through an app store, use that store’s purchase history and refund process for billing help.
